You might not remember that, but the first time you opened the Howdy app, you were introduced to the app's concept and various ideas on how to use it best. You can refresh your memory at any time when you reset the introduction.
You can find the button to reset the introduction in the Settings tab:
When you press the button, you will have the first-time experience to refresh your memory. We recommend you do that from time to time because we keep updating the introduction to onboard new Howdy users regularly.
